Climate Control: 12,000 BTU LG Mini Split Heat Pump (AC & Heat) with dedicated surge protection.
Interior Finish: Smooth, moisture-resistant PVC wall and ceiling panels — easy to clean, chemical resistant, and compliant with FDA & USDA standards for use in food-prep environments.
Lighting: Four interior LED ceiling lights plus one exterior photocell light above the door for automatic operation.
Eighteen outlets throughout the interior & a 20 amp outlet on the exterior.
Windows: Two 42” x 30” sliding windows with steel security bars.

One 36” man door with keyed lock.
